Artemis Solutions Group’s (ASG) BioCert division has entered into a partnership with Dmailer, Comodo Security Group, Authentec, Bioscrypt and Precise Biometrics to launch two new fingerprint biometric security products: the BioCert® PCLokR™ Security Bundle and the upgraded BioCert® DataLokR™ Security Bundle, for consumers and small businesses.

The BioCert® PCLokR™ Security Bundle retails at $49.95 and the upgraded BioCert® DataLokR™ Road Warrior Security Bundle at $149.95. No additional annual subscriptions or other fees are required.

BioCert PCLokR, a desktop PC security product for Windows XP, allows authorized users to logon to their PC or secure files using Precise Biometrics’ Precise 100XS fingerprint reader, which uses Authentec’s ‘TruePrint’ swipe fingerprint technology and a customized OEM version of Bioscrypt’s Verisoft Universal Security Client developed for ASG under the BioCert label as the BioCert® Intelligent Identity Manager™ v2.0(BIIM).

The BioCert Intelligent Identity Manager is a PC Security, Logon and SSO Suite. It enables users to limit access to their PCs, data and drives by using any of three basic forms of authentication:

• knowledge - such as a pin code or password
• possession - such as a PKCS11 Smart Card or token
• biometrics - physical identity such as fingerprints

Users may log on with just one of these methods (single factor authentication or SFA) or a combination for increased security (multi-factor authentication or MFA).

A full suite of security products from Comodo Group will be distributed as part of the PCLokR and DataLokR bundles.

Artemis Solutions Group is a security firm specializing in fingerprint biometric and smart card security solutions, with offices in the United States, European Union, and Canada.
