Yoggie Security Systems announced the release of the Yoggie Gatekeeper Personal and Yoggie Gatekeeper SOHO, at CeBIT in Hannover, Germany.
The appliances, which are about the size of a credit card, provide enterprise-level security in a user-friendly form.
Yoggie Gatekeeper Personal is designed to protect consumers’ laptops and PCs, while Yoggie Gatekeeper SOHO protects up to five networked computers in private homes or small offices.
The USB miniature computers can be connected to a PC and left in place to provide laptop and desktop security by offloading security software components which take up computing resources and can degrade a computing device’s performance.
The devices include firewall, Intrusion Detection, Intrusion Prevention, Anti Virus, Anti Spyware, Anti SPAM, Anti Phishing and Parental control. They also feature three unique Yoggie patented applications.
