Beckstrom Heads New NCSC

United States Department of Homeland Security stated that it had appointed Rod Beckström to be the new head of the created National Cyber Security Center (NCSC).

Beckström, a graduate of Stanford with a Bachelor’s degree and an MBA, was involved in establishing in the 1990s, the CATS software for risk management software. This software is widely used in the banking industry. Until he moved, Beckström was company chairperson of Twiki.net that creates wikis for collaborative business enterprises.
