McAfee makes Dimension Data Global Partner

Dimension Data, IT solutions and services provider, has announced it has been named as McAfee’s Global Partner of the Year 2007.
This is the second McAfee award presented to Dimension Data this year. In January, the Group was recognised as McAfee’s Global Systems Integrator.
Dimension Data’s security line of business recorded revenue growth of 36% in the first six months of the current financial year, and they believe the accelerated growth in the IT security market across all verticals will continue.
McAfee considers that organisations are implementing and/or refreshing complex and critical business infrastructures to cater for convergence and more collaborative and mobile business models.
Added to this are compliance issues; information losses; security breaches within blue chip organisations; downtime caused by security incidents; and the commercialisation of cybercrime by organised syndicates.
