Finjan’s Vital Security Appliances Receive Excellent Reviews from Three Leading Industry Magazines

Finjan announced that its three product lines, the Vital Security NG-5000, NG6000 and NG8000 series, received excellent reviews and high accolades by three leading industry magazines: IT PRO UK, Network Computing and SC Magazine.
IT PRO UK reviewed Finjan’s Vital Security Web Appliance NG-5000S for businesses and NG-6000S for mid-large organizations and gave both appliances five stars as well as the “editor’s choice” distinction, stating particularly about the NG-6000S that for ”Web content security you’ll be hard pushed to find defences that are tougher than those offered by Finjan’s Vital Security appliances. The use of security policies makes the NG-6000S very versatile, deployment is a breeze and the active real-time content inspection is quite unique.”
Network Computing reviewed Finjan’s Vital Security Web Appliance NG6000S for mid-large organizations as well and concluded: “During testing we found the NG-6000S very easy to deploy and capable of delivering extremely tough web security measures. Finjan’s active real-time content inspection delivers strength in depth, and it is clearly a superior alternative to traditional signature based inspection techniques.”
SC Magazine reviewed Finjan’s Vital Security Web Appliance NG-8000S for large enterprises and gave it a top rating of five stars for “greatly improved management interface, policy-based web security, extensive deployment scenarios, IBM blade-server platform and unique behavioural blocking technology.”
